With a distinguished career spanning 43 years, all dedicated to the J. Byrne Agency, Kelley Fusco serves as the VP of Operations. Her journey with the agency began right out of high school, where she started in filing and progressively advanced through various roles. After becoming a licensed Personal Customer Service Agent and an Assistant in the Personal Insurance Division, she gained comprehensive experience across all facets of insurance and agency operations.
Kelley Fusco holds the prestigious AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) and ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designations from The Insurance Institutes. In her current leadership role, she not only oversees operations but also manages the agency’s IT needs. A native of Wildwood Crest, NJ, she feels a strong connection to the local community, located just a stone’s throw from the main Wildwood agency.
She is deeply committed to fostering the careers of her associates, finding great satisfaction in their professional growth within the agency. Equally important to her is ensuring every client receives the proper coverage tailored to their needs. Outside of her professional commitments, Kelley Fusco enjoys spending summers at her family’s Italian Restaurant in Cape May, relaxing with family in the winter, and getting away through cruising, camping, and cooking.
